The Dartmoor Diner is delighted to accommodate group bookings of various sizes, whether it’s an intimate gathering or a larger event. Our flexible seating options and charming spaces offer the ideal setting for family celebrations, business meetings, or a relaxed get-together with friends.

Downstairs Seating Options
For smaller groups, we can arrange tables together in our main dining area, creating a comfortable space for you and your guests. If your group prefers, we can also allocate one side of the restaurant to provide ample room, allowing everyone to sit in the same area even if at separate tables.

Private Upstairs Seating Area
Our upstairs dining area is perfect for larger gatherings, seating up to 30-40 guests with flexible table arrangements. This private space includes dedicated restroom facilities (baby changing and accessible facilities are located downstairs) and a beautiful view over the valley, offering an ideal backdrop for your event.

Booking Details
For group bookings, we may request a pre-order at least one week before your event to ensure everything is prepared to your liking. Depending on the size of the booking, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
